Help Build Something That Can Last

CoCoCo is being created as a long-term public institution: a living rainforest conservatory, cacao destination, botanical bar, thermal spa, educational center, and community gathering place in San Francisco.

We are currently seeking financial supporters, major donors, volunteers, professional advisors, business operators, foundations, and mission-aligned partners who want to help move the project from vision into development.

Over the next 12–24 months, our primary goals are to secure a site, complete architectural drawings, and fund the feasibility studies needed to establish a practical path toward construction.

Whether you are considering a donation, offering expertise, developing part of the project, or simply introducing us to someone who may be aligned, we would be grateful to hear from you.

Considering a Major Gift?

For gifts of $25,000 or more, we invite you to begin a conversation about the Founding Circle and the specific areas of the project your support could help make possible.

Potential recognition may include:

  • Founding supporter acknowledgment
  • Invitations to private briefings and architectural previews
  • Recognition on a digital or physical Founders Wall
  • Dedicated trees or botanical specimens
  • Inscribed bricks, pavers, stone, or approved building materials
  • Named benches, collections, educational programs, or gathering spaces
  • Consideration for major-room or institutional naming opportunities

Recognition may be public, anonymous, personal, family-based, memorial, or organizational.

All naming opportunities are subject to board approval, mission alignment, legal review, written gift agreements, and defined recognition terms. Charitable gifts do not confer ownership, governance rights, or control over programming.

Thank You

Every botanical garden, museum, library, and cultural institution began because people chose to support something that did not yet fully exist.
